Adaptation-integration, detox, nutrition and hydration, regeneration, and immunization are 5 vital processes interrelated which happen daily in our body. Our health and quality of life depend on the proper development of each. Further, we have come up with 3 “evaluation cards” for each process, based on visible manifestations, both for the harmonious and the disharmonious. If you are characterized by the harmonious aspects, all you have to do is maintain and enhance them. If you are characterized by the disharmonious aspects, it is necessary that you attenuate and, in time, to transform them into harmonious. The same active principles are necessary for both getting rid of the disharmonious aspects, as well as for the enhancement of the harmonious ones. By clicking each of the cards, you will reveal the product that contains the required active ingredients.
Based on this process, the connection between the body and the external environment is made (knowledge, integration, acting accordingly, adaptation).
The systems involved in the process are the nervous system (with the sense organs), the endocrine system, the locomotor system (bone and muscle system), and the anatomical basis of this process are the sense organs.
This process responds to the body's need to regularly process and eliminate all toxins from the body: substances brought by food and unused (about 20%), residual products formed by complex processes in the body, poisons and harmful factors that contaminate us from the outside environment.
Through Feeding & Hydration we bring into the body the substances that nourish it. Although we nourish our body, we actually nourish and hydrate our blood, organs, bones, nerves, skin, immune system, and so on (but also the microbiome necessary for health). The health of cells and organs begins with healthy, living food and water.
Proper hydration is an essential condition and the first step to health (e.g. health of the digestive tract, cardiovascular system, kidneys, temperature regulation, maintaining cell youth, etc.).
Each cell and organ has its own life cycle. Between 50-70 billion cells die every day. For the regeneration of cells and organs to be possible, it is necessary for us to help our body by maintaining a balance between our food intake and the toxins that gets accumulated and eliminated through an active and low/free stress lifestyle.
Immunization is the body's ability to adapt its immunity parameters to the specifics of the moment and is achieved through the body's defense mechanisms against pathogens. Food, exercise, rest, emotional balance are the levers of natural immunization.
